Ten years ago, I was 110kg, pre diabetic, well on the way to metabolic disease with stomach pains becoming more and more frequent. I needed to change the way I lived my life. That’s when a came across a book by Dr. William Davis that started my health journey. I have since become a sponge absorbing all the information old and new concepts that are an improvment to my health. I improved my endurance interests in Cycling, Triathlon with completing a marathon , something I thought I could never do! Formalizing my knowlegde with a certification from The Primal Health Coach Institute. Establishing my Five Pillars of Wellness: Light, Nutrition, Sleep, Movement and Nature.
